These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Truth or Dare Online, DareChat, and related Truth or Dare mobile applications, websites, features, content, and services (together, the "Application" or the "Service"). By installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

The Service is an entertainment application for Truth or Dare-style games, online chats, roulette-style player discovery, group play, game tasks, profiles, messages, photos, audio, video, virtual coins, and premium features. The Service is provided for entertainment purposes only.

2. Age Requirement

Online mode is intended only for adults who are at least 18 years old. You must not create an account, upload content, chat, use roulette, or interact with other users if you are under 18. We may restrict, suspend, or delete accounts when we believe a user is underage or when age information is false or incomplete.

3. Account and Profile

• You are responsible for the information, photos, messages, and other content you provide through the Service.
• You must provide accurate information where required and keep access to your account secure.
• You may not impersonate another person, use misleading photos, or create accounts for fraudulent purposes.
• We may ask you to update or remove profile content that violates these Terms or our safety standards.

4. User Content and License

You keep ownership of the content you submit, including profile information, custom game tasks, messages, photos, audio, and video. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, display, transmit, moderate, and technically adapt your content as needed to operate, secure, improve, and support the Service.

You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit your content and that your content does not violate the rights of any third party.

5. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You agree not to post, send, request, promote, or otherwise use the Service for:

• child sexual abuse material, child sexual exploitation, grooming, sextortion, or any sexual content involving minors;
• pornography, prostitution, trafficking, sexual exploitation, or content intended primarily for sexual gratification;
• harassment, threats, bullying, hate speech, discrimination, or targeted abuse;
• nudity, explicit sexual content, gratuitous violence, self-harm content, or dangerous challenges;
• fraud, scams, spam, phishing, advertising, impersonation, or attempts to collect private information from users;
• the sale or promotion of illegal drugs, weapons, explosives, tobacco, alcohol, or other regulated goods;
• copyright infringement, privacy violations, or sharing another person's private content without permission;
• attempting to bypass moderation, bans, payment systems, limits, security features, or technical restrictions.

6. Moderation, Reports, and Enforcement

The Service includes user-generated content and social features. We may use user reports, automated signals, and manual review to detect and address violations. We may remove content, hide photos while they are under review, restrict features, reset game or chat limits, suspend accounts, temporarily ban users, permanently ban users, or take other action we consider appropriate.

Users can report inappropriate profiles, photos, messages, behavior, or suspected underage users through in-app reporting and support mechanisms.

7. Subscriptions and Purchases

The Service may offer auto-renewable subscriptions, one-time purchases, full access purchases, virtual coins, or other paid features. Premium features may include, depending on the offer shown in the Application, access to additional game modes and task packs, online game benefits, more requests, direct chat-related features, favorites, ad-free use, or other features described on the purchase screen.

• The title, duration, price, and available benefits of each subscription are shown in the Application before purchase.
• Subscription prices and billing periods may vary by region, store, promotion, and product selected.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID, Google Play account, or other supported store account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings after purchase.
• Free trials, if offered, convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.
• Refunds, chargebacks, family sharing, taxes, and billing disputes are handled according to the rules of the store where the purchase was made.
• Deleting the Application or your in-app account does not automatically cancel an active store subscription.

8. Virtual Coins and Consumables

Virtual coins and other consumable items, if available, have no cash value, are not legal tender, and may be used only inside the Service for supported features. Consumables may be tied to your account and can be lost if the account is deleted, banned, or cannot be restored.

9. App Store and Google Play Terms

If you downloaded the Application from the Apple App Store, Apple is not a party to these Terms. The license granted to you is a non-transferable license to use the Application on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. We, not Apple, are responsible for the Application, its content, maintenance, support, product claims, and intellectual property claims, to the extent required by law. Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

If you downloaded the Application from Google Play, your use of Google Play and Google Play billing is also subject to Google's applicable terms and policies.

10. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you agree that we may process information as described there.

11. AI, Bots, and Automated Features

The Service may include automated messages, game bots, AI-assisted characters, recommendations, moderation signals, or other automated features. These features are provided for entertainment, safety, support, or operational purposes and should not be treated as professional advice or as human communication unless clearly presented as such.

12. Safety

You are responsible for your interactions with other users. Do not share sensitive personal information, financial information, passwords, codes, or private images with people you do not trust. The Service is not an emergency service and should not be used to request urgent help.

13. Intellectual Property

The Application, software, design, logos, trademarks, texts, game structure, and other materials are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, sell, rent, or exploit the Service except as permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

14. Availability and Changes

We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the Service, including free or paid features, where permitted by law. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free operation, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of profits, or user conduct.
