Child Safety Standards Policy

This Child Safety Standards Policy applies to Truth or Dare Online, also known in the product experience as DareChat (the "Application").

We explicitly prohibit Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). CSAE includes any content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, endangers, grooms, sextorts, traffics, or otherwise harms a child.

Prohibited Content and Conduct

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including photos, videos, computer-generated imagery, text, links, or any other material that depicts, facilitates, promotes, or solicits the sexual abuse or exploitation of a child, is strictly prohibited.
• Grooming, sextortion, sexual solicitation of minors, trafficking of a child, predatory behavior toward minors, or attempts to move conversations with minors to other services for sexual purposes are strictly prohibited.
• Content that sexualizes minors, encourages harm to minors, or promotes violence, dangerous activities, or substance abuse involving minors is not allowed.

User Reports and Moderation

• Users can report inappropriate users, messages, profiles, photos, or other concerns through in-app reporting and support mechanisms.
• We review reports and may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or permanently ban users.
• We may use manual review and automated signals to help detect and prevent violations of these standards.

Addressing CSAM

When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM or CSAE-related activity in the Application, we take appropriate action in accordance with these standards and applicable laws. This can include removing content, preserving relevant information where legally appropriate, disabling accounts, and reporting confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or another relevant regional authority.

Child Safety Laws

Truth or Dare Online is intended for adults. We do not knowingly allow children to use the Application, and we comply with applicable child safety laws and regulations.

Your Acceptance of These Terms and Conditions

By using the Application, you agree to be bound by this Policy. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use the Application. Our child safety standards policy may change from time to time. Your continued use of the Application following a change to this policy will be deemed to be your acceptance of those changes.
